Take BCPs: The easiest way to do this is to have your doctor prescribe you birth control pills (BCPs). About three days prior to your expected menses, start taking one BCP each day. Continue this until you are back from your trip. About 3 days after stopping the BCPs your menses should start. You could also accomplish the same thing by taking high dose progesterone (10mg Provera) in the same manner.
