Possible: If you have a stricture, the urine flow can still vary considerably. Did this just start or has it been happening for a long time? Is it painful or cloudy? If this is a new condition or if it is getting worse, I would consult with a urologist. If you do have a stricture there is often dribbling of urine and straining to urinate. The best person to consult is a urologist.
