Iron deficiency: Blood loss from menstruation could cause such low iron levels, but usually only after a few years with heavier then normal periods, often with poor diet as well. Loss of blood in the intestines is always something to consider and can be serious. Disucss this and other possibilities with your doctor, especailly if you eat normal amounts of meat and greens and your periods are not very heavy.
