More info needed: Discomfort in that area may be related to disorders of the hip, lateral abdominal muscles, pressure on a nerve root from spinal disc or spur,or right side of the urinary tract. More description of symptoms is needed. Your physician will take a thorough history,perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.
