Very unlikely: With unprotected vaginal sex to completion (several minutes), the average HIV transmission chance female to male is once for every 2,000 exposures. That's equivalent to have sex with infected women once daily for 5 years before transmission is likely. (That's why even in married couples, HIV often is not transmitted.) The risk with this brief exposure obviously is extremely small. No worries!
