Complex case: Without evaluating you, it's very difficult to say. Depends on the cause of increased ALT, and what you did with your diet. If cause was excessive alcohol, then abstaining should be all that it takes, and returning a healthy protein diet may be sufficient to restore your normal globulin levels.
