Separate issues: sexual intercourse should be fun and pleasurable. If this is a new issue I suggest a GYN consultation. If you have had multiple deliveries, this may cause some laxity of the pelvic/vaginal walls. I suggest, no matter what, start doing Kegel exercises: squeezing in buttocks like hold urine or a bowel movement. 5 minutes 2x/week, then 1o min up to 15 min. You will both :)
