What signs: Have you had any bleeding or do you just think you are bleeding? If you are having unprotected sex, the things you risk are infection and pregnancy. If you are having a discharge (liquid stuff coming out) but which may be darkstained, you may have an infection. Go have it checked out as certain infections can make you infertile if left untreated!

Uterine bleeding: If you are bleeding from the uterus it would drain into the vagina unless the cervix is occluded. A pregnancy test and an examination by your gynecologist would be worthwhile.
