Depends on symptoms: If this bleeding just started, you might be fine with taking the two missed pills and observing whether the flow slows in the next 24 hours. If you are light headed or dizzy, or the flow has been excessively heavy for several days, get checked out urgently. For the rest of this cycle, you will need to use additional contraceptive protection.
