Test urine: Hi Erik. This sounds uncomfortable. The testicular pain could be due to an inflammation of the sperm ducts (epididymis). The pain on urination could be due to a urine infection or a prostate inflammation. Have you taken any antibiotics recently? I suggest you have a urinalysis done. Good luck, Dr. Long
