Orange-ish (not red, not white.) patches on the back of my throat, looks like a bunch of tiny little clustered bumps, no pain, some post-nasal drip?

Post-nasal drips: These are called cobblestoning from the post-nasal drips from the nasal mucous membrane or from a sinus infection. Try nasal steroid for a couple of weeks to see if this helps. If this remains a problem, consult an allergist.
