Monitor BP: certainly a slight increase in BP can occur due to sexual excitement; however, this may just be coincidental. I suggest purchasing a good digital BP monitor and checking your BP 3x/day ( morning, noon and bedtime ) without porn stimulation. If BP remains high ( greater than 140/90- it is time for medicine.
