May be ovary: without an exam and/or ultrasound, we can't definitively know; (lots of organs on right side). however, most women have ovaries on both the left and right side. ovarian cysts are very common, and most of the time not dangerous. however, they can be painful and related to periods. there are medications (like birth control pill) that can help reduce discomfort and cyst formation.
