No: Cupping treatments do not have any effect on Hepatitis B. That means cupping does not make a patient's Hepatitis disease better or worse if she has the disease, and cupping does not make it more likely or less likely for a person to catch Hepatitis B, if she does not have the virus. Of course, every person who does not have the virus should get the vaccine... to prevent Hepatitis B.
