Stricture: You may have a urethral or meatal stricture. A urologist would be able to diagnose and treat this. Ask your family physician to refer you for evaluation.

When I pee there will be the normal stream but a very thin stream will be spraying to the right doesn't happen everytime is there a small blockage?
After I ejaculated, I had semen on pee hole. I use a spray shower to wash them off. Is there a risk of pushing semen back into the urethral canal and causing them to harden and get stuck there. Because Semen meets water, it will stick like glue?
My semen has gel like clumps in it sometime sometimes the clumps won't make it out and it feels like a little blockage this normal ? Urination is ok
