My boyfriend been have abdominal pain on his lower right side for a week now. what should he do?

See a doctor: Pain in the lower right abdomen could be from an inflamed appendix, called appendicitis. Your boyfriend could also have a hernia. I recommend seeing a physician as soon as possible. If he is having other symptoms such as fever, chills, sweats, nausea/vomiting, I recommend going to the local emergency department. He probably needs a CT scan of the abdomen.
