In general, no...: Clitoral stimulation means different things to different people. To cause bleeding each time, one must be stimulating with more force than 99% of the population would stimulate with. Otherwise, it would be difficult to create bleeding... unless there is a "friable" skin area at the clitoris that breaks and bleeds with mild stimulation. Probably OK: If you have no sores or injury in the immediate area, no urinary infection, and the blood is coming from the vagina, If the stimulation resulted in orgasm, this causes the uterus to contract and a little menstrual blood (uterine lining) could be squeezed out from time to time. If there is any problem on the outside, though, or any urinary symptoms, you should be checked.
