i accidentally spilled cellular lysis buffer(from a small vial in a test kit bought from pharmacy)on an open(bleeding)cut.is it dangerous for my life?

Probably not: The word "buffer" implies that this is a harmless substance to dilute and adjust the acidity of whatever it was meant to be used with. The instructions should state whether there are any safety risks associated with any of the products. If not, call the pharmacist where you bought the kit.

No: The self test kit does not contain any living organism otherwise it would never have been approved as a self-test kit.

No risk or harm: There is nothing infectious in the solution; it would not be allowed to be sold and used if there were. No risk, no harm from this.
