If i began showing signs and symptoms of chlamydia around nine days ago, how developed would my infection be?

Fully developed: Presumably you have urethral discharge, right? That's the main symptom of chlamydia, but also can be caused by gonorrhea or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), not chlamydia. If no other symptoms (e.g. testicular pain and swelling), probably there is not yet any kind of important complication. But don't take chances: see a doctor or clinic ASAP for diagnosis and treatment.
