Not a period: Sounds like a discharge--which can be normal or an infection or an std. Birth control (pills and other) can make your periods lighter or you can even skip a period. If you're taken or used consistently(no missed pills), it's unlikely you're pregnant, but this doesn't sound like a period, so check with your dr to be sure..
