Possible: It is possible that the multivitamin has a diuretic effect that is making you urinate more frequently. Try stopping the multivitamin and see if your urination decreases. If it does, then change to another multivitamin. If it doesn't, then go to your primary care doctor and get evaluated for frequent urination, possible UTI or other causes.
