A member asked:

Can i take ciprofloxacin with weed?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not recommended: Marijuana affects the brain, and ciprofloxacin also can cause certain CNS (central nervous system) side effects too. So the combination is not recommended because of the increased chance of an adverse effect. That being said, any effect in a young person would probably be mild. Definitely the elderly are more at risk. Smoking weed may expose you to combustion products in the lungs- that's not good
