See a pain clinic: If you have developed a complex regional,pain then you need corrective action asap to prevent spread and worsening. I agree with weight bearing, but if the pain is too great, you won't be able to do that effectively. Injections, medications, and desentization is imperative. You may also want to get a second opinion regarding this slow healing problem
