Depends....: This really depends on the number of days of bleeding that you have. For a woman with 28-30 day cycles she is most fertile on cycle day (CD)11-18. If she has 5 days of bleeding then intercourse on the last day is unlikely to result in conception. Contrast that with a woman with a 25 day cycle (fertile CD9-14). If she has 7-8 days menses then intercourse on the last day could result in conception.
