Other possibilities : Are you certain this is a shaving injury? Often people credit these symptoms to razors when in fact they have a herpes infection, if you haven sexually active please see an obgyn for an evaluation. Google some pictures of herpes and see if the spot you see looks anything like that

Shaving infection: When you have an infection like this from shaving, it may need immediate attention with need to let out the infection. Other option if not too bad then sit in a warm bath , then wipe dry apply neosporin. However I believe you will need antibiotics. Make sure you have had your tetanus shot updated.
