Maybe: Do you mean you have polycystic ovaries(PCOS)? Typically those cysts are multiple but small. Or do you mean multiple large cysts? PCOS is associated with irregular cycles and failure to ovulate. Many times you will need fertility medications in that case. If you have regular cycles then it's definitely possible to get pregnant. There are other possibilities (tubal or male factor) for infertility
