Calciun, vitamin D: There is a lot more information I need but you need calcium of about 1000 mg/day from diet and supplements. Vitamin D is also needed for your bones to use the calcium to help you build up your bones. It needs to be clarifed why you have the fracture. Your physician will need to help direct your therapy with your orthopedic surgeon and a rheumatologist.
