Lightheaded: Cuff pressure can technically reduce blood flow back to the heart temporarily which could theoretically reduce cardiac filling and therefore cardiac output, which could temporarily reduce blood flow to the brain, making you feel lightheaded. Possible, but unlikely. Other causes of lightheadedness include infection, anemia, response to pain, blood sugar problems or other. See a doctor.
