Hard to say: The potency of some allergen extracts may decline when stored in unrefrigerated environment. However it may still be good if stored in a cool and dry environment after 12 hrs although one can never be sure. The higher the concentration the glycerine content in the extract, the more likely it will hold the potency longer.
