Enough sleep.: It's generally recommended to get 6-9 hours of sleep nightly. It helps to wake up on one of the 90 minute intervals as opposed to in between. So waking at hour 6, 7.5 or 9. And try not to nap. Some studies purport benefit to naps, but other recommendations inform that naps during the day may impact sleep quality at night.
