Infection? Not yeast: I would guess that your apparent yeast infection was something else; or yeast plus something else -- especially if your main symptom was discharge and not itching/irritation. Depending on age and risks, STDs and other infections are possible. It isn't caused by the yeast treatment. All abnormal vaginal bleeding requires professiona evaluation, so see your doctor soon.
