Mgt: If you experience difficulty breathing eg shortness of breath or chest pain, I would recommend seeing the ED. Since you are on treatment currently, I would recommend monitoring your temperature, staying well hydrated. The symptoms should improve on the medication, but if not please let your physician know. A chest radiograph or change in antibiotics may be suggested at that time.
