Stop junk food: There is almost magic fix to booster your energy!Stop carbs and any sweets and sodas, juices! Start drink fresh water, daily various of COLORS!?Fruit& veggies! Start day with protein( egg, yogurt, fruit). Snack on almonds. Eat Avocado,fish, chicken.) Avoid processed food. Take Vitamin D supplement. Walk 10.000 steps/ day. Get 6-8 hours sleep.
