When chiropractor "stretches you out" are they adding height & is that permanent inches?or does body eventually go back to way it was before over time

No actual increase: However, if a person is able to stand up straighter after any sort of back care or spine care, she will be a bit taller. If she slouches or otherwise reverts to a less straight-up position, then she will return to a shorter height.
