May have bpv: You may have positional vertigo. It can be triggered by leaning forward, putting the head back, getting into and out of bed , or turning over in bed. It is a spinning sensation lasting less than a minute and usually doesn't start immediately when assuming that position. If you determine which ear it's from then do eppley maneuver which you could look up on line.
