A member asked:

Having an unprovoked, severe anxiety attack that's not stopping, overwhelmed by the nausea and diarrhea coming along with it. help!!??!??

Focus your mind: Consider sitting comfortably with your feet on the floor. Take 3-4 deep breaths and count to four while breathing out slowly. It often helps to focus the mind on pleasant thought/ images until the attack begins to pass - which it will. focusing your mind on the sensation of your feet planted on the floor as a way to ground yourself may help reduce nausea.
