Go slow: Prolactin is produced in the Pituitary gland which is located under the brain. It can go up for various reasons. Do you have any problems which led you to have this test done? When the level is high, it can cause problems of lactation with milk coming out of your breast. Do you have any such problem? Right now I would advise you not rush take any medication till your doctor can find the cause.
