Two possibilities,: altho, without examining the discharge, these are educated guesses If you use tampons, a small piece can remain in the vagina and, when it comes out, it could like "fleshy". If you're sexually active, the other possibility, since your period was late, is a very early miscarriage. At that stage, the embryo & placenta are very tiny and could appear like a bit of flesh.
