Relax: Eczema 2 days ago??? How do you know it was eczema? What did you do about it? I assume it was very itchy and that you used something on it. Also I assume you rubbed/ scratched it. Now it is sore because of treatment/ scratching/ both.

Scrotum: If you're quite sure that the discomfort is in the scrotum it appears to be related to some irritation/inflammation related to the recent skin eruption.Applying warm applications and then an ointment like bacitracin or neosporin may help. However if the testis or epididymus is tender you should be examined by your physician or a urologist.
