Healthy natural food: Normal, healthy women do not have to alter their foods and drinks while they are pregnant, as long as their diet is a balanced, healthy, natural diet that doesn't contain items that aren't good for a developing baby (such as fish with higher mercury levels, etc...). Prenatal vitamins can be taken, as recommended by her Ob-Gyn doctor. One should avoid undercooked or raw foods, avoid alcohol, etc...
