Yes: I would suggest first obtaining a urine pregnancy test from one of your local stores. If this is positive I would for sure follow up with an OB/GYN. If it's negative there's still a good chance that you may be pregnant and would still suggest following up with your OB/GYN. The symptoms you describe are suspicious for being pregnant.
