What are your chances of getting pregnant if your period came the same night you had unprotected sex?

Unlikely: If the vaginal bleeding was your regular menstrual period and you have regular, predictable cycles, pregnancy is very unlikely. However, some women have light bleeding when they ovulate, or release an egg, which is when pregnancy is most likely. Also, if you have irregular cycles it can be hard to tell where you are in your cycle.
