What will be will be: Typical motorcycle-riding should be fine. Haven't heard of problems from plasma donation, but one's Ob-Gyn doctor can offer more insight into that. Probably, if a woman's circulation and blood pressure stay normal during and after plasma donations, her baby fetus will not know anything different is happening. What will be will be, and wouldn't blame anything on motorcycles or plasma donations.
