May have polyp: A polyp will block airflow and feel like there is something in the nose that needs to be blown out. It also may block mucus from moving backward and cause it to build up so that you are blowing frequently. A deviated septum can do the same. Should see ENT because if it is a polyp to have it on one side is unusual.
