Have unprotected sex: You're not considered infertile until you've tried to conceive for 12 months w/o any success. Try to enjoy the moment rather than turn baby making into a chore. Yes, ovulation prediction kits can help improve odds but don't make this into a job. In meantime, go see your family doc to make sure you're both healthy. And start taking prenatal vitamins now to minimize risk for spinal tube defects.
