Need more info: Sounds like you have a significant sinus problem. Consider that you may have an infection where a Z pack is not indicated or even an allergy problem. I would advise that you seek an appointment with an ear,nose, & throat physician very soon.

See your doctor: You may very well need other prescription medications, other than z -pack, and you didn't mention which fluticasone preparation that expired on Jan 20th, is it an inhaler or nasal spray, at any rate it won't work, and you might need something else, good luck
