Sound like: a"classical" HEMORRHOID! See diagram! You may need to have this treated if its very large or painful or is bleeding! Ask your Primary Care Provider for a referral to a surgeon who treats these..There are many new methods which are minimally "invasive" Hope this helps! Dr Z
