Fungal ..: In inner butt check is naturally more moisture and it can attracts yeast or other bacteria. keep area clean and dry as much as possible. Wipe gently. Apply " Baby diaper rash cream as Destine" , use cotton underwear. If no better see Doc for possibly anti-fungal treatment .Other if blister like could be herpes. If bump draining pus ( folliculitis - infected hair follicle) you need to be seen .
