Coincidence vs C&E: Check out list of side effects associated w/alprazolam (https://www.drugs.com/sfx/alprazolam-side-effects.html) esp ataxia or loss of coordination. Your report of vertigo could be a manifestation of these side effects, as in cause & effect (C&E). Or it could've been pure coincidence. Perhaps your vertigo is from combining w/pain pills, muscle relaxers & sleeping agents leading to worse side effect
