Depends: If you have diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), or kidney disease, you have to be very careful with all nsaids (non steroidal inflamatory medicines) as these drugs will decrease the blood supply of the kidney and harm the kidney. So, you first have to know how your kidney is doing by a blood test. If you are an average sized adult, 400-800 mg depending on how large you are.
